You can place an order on Aplus without registering. However, we strongly recommend logging in before making a purchase to track your order in real-time, view order history, and access personalized services.

2. Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept various payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfer.

3. RFQ (Request for Quotation)

To obtain the latest price and stock information for components, we advise submitting a Request for Quotation. Our sales team will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours via email, providing professional purchasing recommendations.

Professional Advice: For bulk purchases or long-term cooperation projects, the RFQ process can secure more favorable pricing and customized services.

4. Order Confirmation & Important Notice

Important Notice: All order confirmation information will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive our response, please check your spam folder.

Due to possible fluctuations in stock availability and prices, our sales manager will reconfirm your order details before processing and promptly notify you of any updates, ensuring transparent and reliable transactions.

5. Delivery Time

Aplus ships orders once daily at approximately 5:00 PM (except Sundays). For in-stock parts, orders are typically ready to ship within 4 hours.

We offer multiple delivery options. Estimated delivery times and costs are based on your selected shipping method:

· DHL Express: 5-7 business days delivery (Ideal for urgent orders and international shipments)

· DHL eCommerce: 5-7 business days delivery (Cost-effective cross-border shipping solution)

· FedEx International: 5-7 business days delivery (Reliable global logistics network)

Professional Packaging Process

Step 1: Products

Electronic components are accurately picked from inventory according to order requirements, with preliminary quality checks to ensure part numbers, specifications, and quantities match the order exactly.

Step 2: Verify Order Against Actual Parts

A detailed comparison is conducted between picked products and the actual order, verifying part quantities, model numbers, and batch information to ensure 100% accuracy.

Step 3: Anti-static Bags

All electrostatic-sensitive components are individually packaged in professional anti-static bags with humidity indicator cards, ensuring protection against electrostatic discharge during transportation.

Step 4: Packaging Boxes

Appropriately sized packaging boxes are selected based on product characteristics and shipping requirements, with internal cushioning materials to ensure product safety during transit.

Step 5: Inspect Packaging & Shipping Marks

Comprehensive inspection of inner packaging, outer packaging, and shipping marks:

· Integrity and sealing of inner packaging

· Compression resistance and protective quality of outer packaging

· Clear and accurate shipping marks (including fragile, anti-static, and other special indicators)

Step 6: Shipping

After all packaging inspections are completed, shipping labels are applied and logistics pickup is arranged. The system automatically updates shipping status, allowing customers to track logistics information in real-time.
